All of our patients start in Renovo Renew. During your time here (typically about 3 months), we will work with you to understand your current health and background, your hopes and goals and what treatments you are comfortable with. We will then develop your Personal Treatment Plan to renew your metabolic health and begin getting your weight issues under control.
Once you’ve reached your initial weight loss goals, we keep supporting you through the next stages of your journey. Renovo Retain guides you through the transition from intensive treatment to long term weight maintenance

Typically our patients spend about 3 months in Renovo Renew getting their metabolic systems reset to a healthy balance, before moving on the Renovo Retain until achieving their long-term health and weight goals.

Dr. Helena Morris is a highly experienced Specialist GP with a dedicated focus on medical weight and obesity management. With nearly two decades of clinical experience across diverse settings worldwide, she deeply understands the profound impact that overweight and obesity have on overall health and well-being.
After earning her medical degree from the University of New South Wales, Dr. Helena expanded her expertise through research at King’s College, London and later pursued a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Sydney. She is also SCOPE Certified in obesity treatment by the World Obesity Federation, ensuring she stays at the forefront of evidence-based weight management.
For almost a decade, Dr. Helena has served as a Specialist GP, and she also holds a Staff Specialist role with ACT Health’s Eating Disorders Program, providing valuable expertise in the management of eating disorders. She further contributes to the field as the ACT State Lead for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Special Interest Group in Obesity Management.
